Art Direction. Paint-over/matte painting over 3d work by Digic. I had done concept illos which the 3d guys took, and then I worked back over to put things more in character, correct overlighting in eyes, retarget eyes so characters are thinking, change expressions, body language, directing the eye through the frame, changing distracting elements, focal point, inaccurate period fashions/costumes, and so on. Also, making background characters a bit more Brian Froud-like as he was to have been Production designer.
